Job Description

Green Facades Ltd, is an accredited main contractor, based in London, the South East and the Midlands with over 19 years of experience in the construction industry. We aim is to provide cost effective, high quality external façade solutionsfor commercial construction projects, with insurance and guarantees provided. We specialise in all aspects of external façade application and offer design solutions, including CAD drawings and 3D modelling, which are backed by PI insurance.Why work for us

We are currently recruiting for a Site Manager to work on one of our Project in Central London. Candidates located in North West region are also encouraged to apply as we have some projects in Liverpool as well.The Site Manager will play a key role in the delivery of the Project. The right candidate is expected to get early involvement in the Project from the setting up of the construction site to the final snagging and handing over to the client.A good candidate would excel in 03 different areas:
  • People Skills
  • Project Management
  • Health & Safety & CDM Regulations
Skills & Knowledge Requirements:
  • Significant technical knowledge and extensive proven experience within planned works.
  • Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS), or equivalent and sound knowledge of construction methods, technology and materials.
  • IPAF qualification preferred but not essential.
  • Able to work at height.
  • Re-cladding experience.
  • Experience in carrying our Quality Assurance checks. Preferably using a software (i.e Fielview, Safety Culture etc.)
  • EWS1
  • Liaising with multiple parties within the project inclusive but not limited to - Fire Engineer- Building Control- Employers Agent- Health & Safety Consultants
  • Strong relationship building skills and the ability to influence customers.
  • Training or Hands-on experience with side-rise installation preferred.
