Job Description

Showroom ManagerFarringdon, London£40,000 - £50,000PermanentWe are recruiting for an exciting opportunity to join our Client as a Showroom Manager. The primary responsibility of this role would be to main a high end experience within the showroom.Responsibilities

  • Answering the phone, responding to emails
  • Maintaining the showroom diary.
  • Lead the showroom sales function and collaborate with the others team on sales enquiries, quotations, and samples etc.
  • Always offering high-end experience within the showroom.
  • Hosting meetings and showroom tours with clients.
  • Assisting clients with fabric and finish solutions.
  • Organise and prepare lunches for client meetings.
  • Assist in the delivery of high-end events.
  • Ensure that a professional, in-depth knowledge of the organisation’s products is achieved
  • Adhered to organisation policies, procedures, and processes
  • Utilise and interpret data to prepare detailed reports
  • Maintain excellent housekeeping, health & safety, and fire & security.
  • Be the primary Keyholder.
Key skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - both written and verbal.
  • Experience in sales environment.
  • High-end / premium retail / hospitality experience.
  • Resilience - proven ability to work under pressure.
  • Able to work within set targets and tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software.
