Job Description

SHOPIFY DEVELOPER FULL REMOTE WORKING CONTRACT A leading Shopify web development, design and marketing agency in Europe and the US is now looking for a Contract Shopify Developer for there growing team. This position offers 100% remote workingJob Requirements:

  • You will have an Excellent knowledge and experience of Javascript (vanilla, jQuery, JSON), HTML and CSS/SASS/SCSS.
  • Excellent knowledge and good understanding of common ecommerce design patterns and have the ability to apply best practice modular web development.
  • Competent in GIT/Version Control
  • You will be able to take a design in Figma and build with excellent knowledge of Cross-browser HTML5+, ES6+ and CSS3+ (SCSS).
  • You will have the ability to multitask between different projects, including switching between full build projects and bug fixing.
  • A keen problem solver, you will be able to come up with creative solutions to our clients questions and think outside the pixel.
  • You will have experience building high-quality, responsive Shopify stores with extensive knowledge of LIQUID (Shopifys templating language).
  • You will be passionate about the frontend with a focus on performance and standards and the user experience.
  • You will have opinions and ideas about ecommerce development and be passionate about sharing those ideas and learning.
  • Youll have good communication skills and the ability to communicate technical ideas to non-technical people, internally and externally.
  • Main Duties
  • You will be Developing e-commerce stores on the Shopify platform for a wide range of industries in a fast paced environment.
  • You will be Bug fixing and CRO within the Shopify platform for our support retainer clients.
  • You will be Bringing designs to life using HTML/SASS/JavaScript.
  • You will be Working closely with the technical director, operations team & development team to deliver projects.
  • You will be Collaborating and sharing ideas with the rest of the production and operations team.
  • Excellent communication skills
