Job Description

Freightserve recruitment are looking for a Shipping Operations Coordinator for a well-established niche sector Freight company that deals with Fine Arts. The company are based in the Park Royal area.-

  • Import and Export freight operations
  • Booking freight
  • Rate negotiations
  • Completion of airline and customs shipping documentation
  • Online customs declarations
  • Coordinating domestic and international courier deliveries using online portals
  • Sales and supplier invoice processing
  • Customer service
  • Light warehouse work including picking, packing and checking shipments.
  • Forklift operations.
  • Storage warehouse functions.
