Job Description

Service Manager - BMS IntegratorSalary/Package - £65,000 - £70,000 Basic + PackageLocation - London ( Hybrid working )Permanent PositionMy client is one of the fastest growing BMS ( Building Management Systems ) integrators in the South East of the UK, who are looking to hire a skilled and experienced BMS professional to manage the service department.Key Facts about my client,

  • Established only 8 years ago
  • Independently owned BMS specialist.
  • HQ is in London
  • They operate a self-delivery model and do not subcontract.
  • They only focus on the South East.
  • 40 staff in the business which includes mobile engineers.
To Be Considered for this role You,
  • Must have been a BMS engineer in the service world, on the tools previously
  • Must know Trend Control Systems as a minimum, ideally Tridium and another too
  • Must be a self-starter
  • Must have initiative
  • Must be calm under pressure
  • Must be a good and experienced man-manager
  • Must be commercially aware and savvy
  • Must have good comms, phone and email
The role
  • Managing 7 - 10 BMS engineers
  • Reviewing engineers and quoting remedials
  • Some client account management
  • Arranging engineers training
  • 1-1s with engineers
  • Managing the day to day running of the department, with admin support.
