Job Description

NonStop Consulting is looking to recruit a professional Service Level Analyst for a reputable government department, available for hybrid work in either London / Milton Keynes / East Kilbride on an initial 6 months contract with potential extension.This Government client is looking for a Service Level Analyst to support the Service Level Management process, policy and governance procedures.Main requirements:

  • Must have worked in a secured government environment within the last 12 months
  • Performance Measurement experience, ideally working as a Performance Analyst
  • Good working knowledge of User Centred Analysis
  • ITIL
  • Great level of communicating analysis and insight
