Job title: Service Desk Engineer Contract: PermanentSalary: £37,500 + BenefitsLocation: Hybrid based in South LondonWe are currently working with a law firm who are currently looking to bring in an Service Desk Engineer to support their lawyers. They are bringing someone in on a permanent basis who is passionate about IT with previous experience dealing with Lawyers, Paralegalsand Partners.The Service Desk Engineer will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and progress within the firm. The Service Desk Engineer will be required to troubleshoot laptop and hardware issues as well as applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint,Teams and SharePoint. In addition to this, you will be working with Active Directory and Exchange supporting with email issues and adding users to distribution lists, locking accounts and managing documents.
