Service Delivery Manager - Digital Workplace Services (DWS)At the heart of our strategy is putting users first, and over the next few years we are investing in new End User Services across our operational and corporate teams. This includes delivery of DWS to operational colleagues in control centres and at the roadside,which requires 24x7x365 service uptime and incident resolution.As the SDM, you will leverage deep, repeated and demonstrable expertise in transitioning and running DWS contracts at scale to establish and manage contractual and day-to-day working relationship with the new DWS supplier, including service metrics, resourcingand budgets.Service areas include: Service desk Foundation services Line of business applications Office productivity Physical and virtual devices Print Provisioning Deskside support Operational TechnologyYou will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of the DWS services under your management. This will include onboarding and off boarding services. You will ensure services are governed correctly and that the correct processes are in place across the servicesfor which you are responsible. Your services will be ITIL aligned and you will be responsible for the successful delivery of the agreed SLAs, OLAs, XLAs and KPIs. Where SLAs, OLAs, XLAs and KPIs are not in place you will introduce them. You will lead on service-relatedbusiness change, ensuring the business fulfils its goals for the services under your management.Service Delivery Manager - Digital Workplace Services (DWS)
