We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representation to assist with the coordination of orders and management of accounts for a 6 month contract. This role can pay up to £13 per hour and will be fully remote. Your responsibilities will include: ·Order Management ·Weekly reports for all POs ·Acting as main point of contact for the Customer team and tracking inventory and field sales, sales operations and finance team for order inquiries·Managing and prioritising accounts·Drive resolution of Customer-related Must Have:·Strong customer service experience·Must Highly Proficient with ERP & Spreadsheet Highly Proficient ·Proven track record working with other departmentsIf you are interested, please do not hesitate to contact me.
