Job Description

SEO Off-Page Team Lead for a Global FX company based in Central London. You will analyse current international off-page SEO requirements and lead the off-page team to drive growth through off-page strategies and activities in the best possible way. Identifying growth opportunities with the on-page SEO team, pitch projects, assign resources, accordingly, execute delivery and report on the success.Create valuable campaigns to drive search engine authority which support overall business strategy and optimise existing business activity to drive additional value.What you’ll do:

  • You will work across multiple brands in a number of geographic regions and in a team with 15 SEO experts. This will also be supported by dedicated resource for content production & dev execution.
  • You will be alongside the on page & Tech SEO team leads who report into the Head of SEO.
  • You will analyse performance data, SEO landscape changes and regional market opportunities, managing projects to drive growth and prioritizing resources to deliver.
  • You will line manage 3 others and develop a team, reporting performance and progress against roadmaps to the business to demonstrate the teams value.
    • You will come with:
  • Ideally 5 years + Proven track record in an international Off Page SEO role
  • 2yrs + People management
  • Stakeholder management
  • Data analysis and use of relevant analytic packages
  • Competitor and landscape analysis
  • Working knowledge of tech SEO & On Page SEO
