You will implement a weekly skills programme for the Hartpury University & BUCS teams forwards. Delivery of IDPs for all forwards and will attend all BUCS Hartpury University games. You will work with other seniorcoaches to prepare all team, opposition and individual analysis for Hartpury University & BUCS teams games. You will need to work with the Head of Womens Rugby, Senior Womens Rugby Academy Manager and other academy coaches to develop the strategy of theHartpury Rugby Academy. About You You will hold an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in strength and conditioning or a related field & an RFU Level 3 Coaching Award or working towards this.
