Job Purpose StatementWhere youll fit in & what our team goals are... Your role is to establish and implement the visual direction for a focused portfolio of work within the Columbia Threadneedle Investments Brand, Creative, & Content Team, in support of product and company marketing initiatives. You will collaborate with copywriters,junior designers, producers, and other team members to conceive and execute powerful and effective creative ideas. You will execute the visual identity for creative campaigns and communications from idea to implementation whilst ensuring all work adheres tobrand standards while also pushing for constant improvement. Role ResponsibilitiesHow youll spend your time... Collaborate with other designers, writers, producers, and other team members to conceive and execute powerful and effective creative ideas Responsible for the design of a focused portfolio of work with the Brand, Value Add, or Run the Business team Create production-ready designs and layouts, establishing the visual identity for specific campaigns and executions, using design to define and communicate powerful ideas Support the teams overall creative vision Develop and support strong relationships with key stakeholders Set a strong, professional example for your reports and peers Support creative leaders across the larger team to ensure consistent visual storytelling and branding Present and champion the teams work to Creative Directors and other internal and external stakeholders Key CapabilitiesTo be successful in this role you will have... Solid experience in relevant roles History of success across multiple creative projects, categories, and channels; experience in the financial sector or other regulated industry preferred Excellent communications and management skills Ability to identify, nurture, and advocate for top-notch design ideas and talent Ability to sell ideas, and solicit and respond to feedback Strong conceptual abilities, design skills, and knowledge of modern marketing design Expertise in the Adobe Suite Desired CapabilitiesIf you also had this, it would be great...
