You can learn more about us at: [https://global/en/about-us](https://global/en/about-us).*About the role:*LexisNexisRisk Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior UX Designer for a key project enhancing market-leading products within our Financial Crime Screening Portfolio.Working in a cross-functional team you will be responsible for ensuring that the design of the productreflects the companys desire to lead in the market. We need you to understand and bring value to our API design too. Understanding how to translate the customer needs into product features and then into feasible technical requirements in conjunction withthe team will be key.Working within a team of researchers and designers this role will be responsible for much of the visual design elements. Our interfaces present interesting challenges to display as much data as possible while remaining easy to assimilate,analyze and make decisions quickly.Partnering with the research function you may be asked to deliver assets that support research and validation work either in the form of prototypes or visualizations of concepts to facilitate discussion with customers oncomplex concepts. Our hybrid working model allows you to work from home 2-3 days a week and some flexibility of hours allows for global collaboration.*Scope and key responsibilities:** Develops an in-depth understanding of customer use cases and pain pointsthrough frequent contact* Drives for rigorous clarity andprioritization of customer use cases* Advocates for customers needs with the cross functional team and helps inspire the team to want to know more about users and meet their needs* Collectsandanalyzesfeedback and uses this to guiderecommended solutions* Draws out ideas from customers, colleagues, and external stakeholders,proposing solutions that take on board others ideas and provide recognition for them* Develops and drives the design vision for solutionsandwins cross-functional support for the goals thatsupport the vision* Produces designs across all relevant products andplatforms, expertly and efficiently iterating work based onusertesting and data analysis* Works with product and engineering to realizethe design vision*Experience:** Bachelors degree or above in design or related discipline* Experience working with engineers to establish reusable components in Angular* Experience with complex interaction design challenges* Can effectively lead the creationof wireframes, prototypes, design concepts, style guides, design patterns, and high-resolution artefacts to be used in final implementation* Expert in iterate and test-informed design solutions and is actively awareof industry best practices and trends* Canuse design and prototyping software to expert level* Breaks down and presents complex data or situations in a manner users can understand-* Pension 5%* PMI* 25 days Holiday buy more 5 days brings it up to 30* 3 discretionary days over Christmas* 2 volunteerdays* Life Assurance x 4 your salary* Telephone call with Talent Partner* Screening call with HM* Second interview - Technical testPrototyping, Wireframing, AngularPrototyping, Wireframing, Angular, UI/UX, User Focused
