Structured around four key pillars-Digital Trading, Digital Operations, Digital Experience, and Digital CRM & Personalisation-it engageswith every department across the global business to propel growth.OverviewAs a UX Designer at Stella McCartney, specialising in wireframing and prototyping, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the digital experience for our brand. We arein search of a visionary who can help to revolutionise the customer experience and to develop stellamccartney.com into an innovative media platform, seamlessly blending brand integrity with commercial success. There will be an emphasis on mobile design, asthe primary source of digital traffic. This role is based in London.Key Responsibilities:Wireframing and Prototyping:

  • Develop detailed wireframes and interactive prototypes with a mobile-first approach.
  • Illustrate design concepts, user flows, and interactions to guide development.
Mobile-Centric Design:
  • Prioritise mobile design to ensure a seamless and user-friendly experience on various devices.
Creative Briefing:
  • Brief creative teams for visual elements, ensuring a seamless and visually engaging user experience.
  • Provide feedback and manage the sign off process with stakeholders
  • Successfully balance brand integrity with commercial requirements
User-Centric Design:
  • Conduct user research to understand customer needs, behaviours, and preferences.
  • Work closely with the UX Analyst to incorporate analytics and the science into designs
  • Translate insights into wireframes and prototypes that address user requirements.
Platform Transformation:
  • Leverage your expertise to develop our digital platforms into engaging media platforms, pushing boundaries in digital fashion experiences.
Usability Testing:
  • Plan and conduct usability tests using prototypes to gather user feedback and validate design decisions.
  • Iterate on designs based on usability test results and user feedback.
  • Provide feedback to creative teams to iterate on designs based on usability test results.
Accessibility, Inclusivity, and Sustainability:
  • Ensure that designs are accessible, inclusive, and environmentally conscious, adhering to best practices, accessibility standards, and sustainable design principles.
Stay updated on sustainable UX Trends:
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in sustainable UX design, contributing to our ongoing commitment to ethical and sustainable fashion.
Your Talent:
  • Can showcase a strong portfolio showcasing wireframing, prototyping, and mobile design projects, and demonstrating user-centered design principles.
  • Proficiency in wireframing and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and experience with usability testing methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of sustainable and ethical design practices.
Systems and Essentials
  • Senior level experience
  • Experience of working with Salesforce Commerce Cloud preferred
  • Ideally good knowledge of technical SEO
  • Proficiency in UX and design tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, and InVision
  • Knowledge of analytics and data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Hotjar is crucial for data-driven decision-making
  • Content Management Systems (CMS) proficiency, particularly in Page Designer
  • Knowledge of virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) tools like Unity and Unreal Engine for exploring immersive digital experiences.
