Company: Live NationDepartment: EMEA TicketingLocation: Farringdon, London with hybrid workingReports to: VP Pricing & Ticketing, EMEA/UKWorking Hours: Full timeRole DescriptionAn exciting opportunity to build your career in reporting and analytics whilst working with data related to some of the biggest artists and tours in the world. Youll be assisting in building a new function in internal reporting, solving complex problemsacross multiple European countries, producing high level ticketing focused reports to support business decision-making within the largest global concert promoter.We are looking for someone with experienced technical skills who likes to create real impact in an operational environment, predominantly working with non-technical colleagues. Someone with a drive for efficiency who understands the intricacies and importanceof reporting, automation and analytics and can marry that with an understanding of business context as a whole.Who you areYou may have experience in the following roles:Business analyst, data analyst, Excel specialist, data and reporting, insight analyst, reporting executive, management information analyst, ticketing analystCompetencies / Skills / Knowledge / Experience

• Extensive experience of creating and issuing reports for a variety of end-users is essential.
• Demonstrable knowledge and experience of using advanced features of MS Excel (e.g. Power Query, VBA, Macros) essential.
• Demonstrable experience with at least one database coding language (e.g. SQL, Python, R) as well as a data visualisation tool such as Tableau or Power BI
• Experience working with IT departments on data warehouses and raw data organisation.
• Excellent numeracy skills with an exceptional attention to detail.
• Clear and concise written communication skills.
• Previous experience of working within a dynamic business within the music or entertainment industry would be a bonus.

What the role includes

• Driving forward the build and management of internal reporting projects and data warehouses
• Proactively support the simplification and standardisation of reporting processes to identify improvements to increase reporting capability and efficiency
• Some international travel required for training and implementing of new reporting tools
• Deliver and improve daily and weekly ticketing reports for distribution to the wider business
• Identify and implement task automation and process improvements for the ticketing team that result in increased efficiency for ticketing managers
• Deliver various reporting & business analysis projects for the wider management teams
• Work along-side other Business Analyst teams within the company to ensure all aspects of reporting connectivity
