Job Description

Senior Test Lead Consultant Tasks

  • Working as part of a project delivery team providing Test leadership during the full development lifecycle and provide support to the customer test team during UAT and Go-Live
  • Accountable for the Test practice within Cluster which would include responsibilities for Best Practices, Templates, Estimation Tools etc
  • Working on key development projects both on-premises and cloud-based
  • Become a member of the management level sitting below the SLT responsible for business growth
  • Travel across the UK and Europe working with teams of developers both on customer site and in Replys premises

Qualifications
  • Ability to articulate a Test Strategy and a Test Roadmap for strategic client programmes
  • Experience in delivering test plan, test data test, cases/scripts and test results / reports
  • Experience in defect management and provisioning, troubleshooting, debugging code and carry out root causes analysis
  • Experience with System Integration testing Azure Integration Services / BizTalk / SOAP / Web service or C# / Selenium, Nunit, RestSharp and Specflow based Test Automation frameworks
  • Strong facilitation skills. Able to converse with senior team members (test manager, project manager), business analysts and clients team(s)
