Job Description

Senior Test Analyst - Banking - Mortgages/Deposits/Loans - Testing - Business AnalysisLooking for an experienced Senior Test Analyst to come and join an award-winning FinTech company based in London. In this position you will be working closely with the product and development teams to analyse new business requirements and change requests from existing and potential new customers to create comprehensive tests for new projects, to execute these tests and record test results with strict adherence to project deadlines.In order to be successful in this position, you MUST have the following skills/experience:

  • Knowledge of retail banking products such as loans, mortgages and deposits, plus a background in general banking operational activities
  • Working closely with product owners and developers in 3 amigo style requirements workshops using techniques such as Specification by Example and deriving Acceptance criteria of requirement definition
  • Writing test cases using BDD in Cucumber
  • Test management tools (XRAY for JIRA a bonus) for test definition and results reporting
  • Defect management - providing good defect definition reports and resolution tracking within JIRA
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Structured Exploratory Testing with relevant tools (especially XRAY Exploratory Testing App)
  • Business Analysis experience a bonus
