About the Role The immediate focus will be on supporting the People programme delivery for the global delivery (36 countries) of SAP Success Factors and SAP EC Payroll. This will include developing the automation of core processes relating to the SuccessFactors platform, initially prioritising the testing workstream. This role will expand further as we look to select and then implement a standard Workforce Management solution (sales forecasting, labour scheduling and attendance recording).Manual and automationtesting will be utilised throughout the programme deployment phase and in business as usual to support upgrades and change requests. *Main Duties* * Work with the project team, suppliers, and other stakeholders to perform SIT, UAT and Test Automation for SuccessFactorsdelivery * The automation of manual activities relating to Success Factors platforms using various existing or new toolsets * Actively carry out SIT for SF integrations, Employee Central & Payroll (ECP), Recruitment & Onboarding (R&O) modules ensuring testingis in line with business requirements defined in Workbooks and Design documents * Support and coordination of UAT for ECP, R&O, Performance Management, Succession, Learning Management and Compensation & Variable pay modules * Liaise with ASP and third-partyvendors to resolve defects identified in SF modules * Creation and maintenance of Tosca Automation framework that the Project ad BAU teams can enrich and expand as new functionality is added * Perform Defect management activities i.e. creation, re-testingand closure of defects to triaging of defects playing a Defect Manager role where required * Write and communicate technical requirements for new and ongoing projects * Research and recommend systems, solutions, and technologies * Analyse, Evaluate, Develop,Test and Support solutions meeting business requirements * Support and maintain effective operational running of IT systems by monitoring and correcting software defects * Turn requirements into technical implementations between internal and 3rd party systemsand services * Work to develop and adhere to the Agile software engineering methodology adopted by your team * Perform data analysis and recommend, implement, and support solutions for data extraction, enriching, load and interchange * Strive to fix the sourceof problems preventing recurrence through a continuous improvement methodology; owning allescalated incidents through to resolution;providing support to 2ndline & 1stline teams with ticket escalation &in-depthroot causeanalysisforallincidents andsupport queries * Ensure knowledge on resolution/fixes identified from trouble shooting incidents and root cause analysis are clearly documented and shared across the team * Maintain strong technical knowledge of engineering standards and processes * Contributeto the training and upskilling of colleagues and business resources *Skills/Knowledge Required* *Essential* * Experience working within an SAP project delivery environment preferable with the SuccessFactors and EC Payroll solutions * Experience in global projectdelivery * Experience in testing Payroll data * Delivering solutions using waterfall and agile methodologies * Experience in test automation tool i.e. Tricentis Tosca * Experience of creating technical documentation and interpreting business requirements *Experience of testing applications, manually or through automation technologies i.e. Tosca * Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and customer facing skills and ability to establish good working relationships with a wide range of people Job Type: Full-timeSalary: From £45,000.00 per year Benefits: * Company pension * Employee discount * Store discount * Work from home Work Location: In person%71690793% %%techinfo%%
