Job Description

Our client is a fast-growing Swedish digital marketing adtech company, that is venture capital backed. It urgently seeks three Telesales Closers for its new London office. The office, in the city of London EC1 is plush and will be the base for the UK andinternational operations. The company has grown in sales month by month, and all sectors of the UK market will be open to the new sales team. With current offices in Stockholm and Oslo employing 35 people we are looking for similar growth this year in theUK market. The London office will also lead the company selling into other parts of Europe, And Asia. Career development will be accelerated for the right people. In the first 3 months there will be a salary review and possible promotion. With a target of80 London staff this year there are many promotional opportunities. The company is highly profitable AND is investor backed so there is no limitations to company and career growth. All the senior positions have not been established yet. They will be lookingfor Country Managers for UK and also European and Asian markets. Team Leaders as they grow and also moves into Marketing or General Management are available.This is a young dynamic digital marketing company founded and led by an energetic CEO who has had a meteoric career so far, and only just turned 30. This will be an office-based position primarily selling on the telephone in what will be a fast-moving energeticand energy filled telesales atmosphere. As we are moving fast, promotions will happen quickly. The first three months will cover thorough training and development and be part of the induction programme. You will be paid a basic of £20-25,000 plus full commissionduring this period. Your performance will be reviewed and your real salary adjusted accordingly up to a basic salary of £35,000 after the three-month induction and triple that with commission. At the time of writing in the Swedish sales team, the below averageare earning £3,500 to 4,500 per month, average £5-7,000 and the above average £7 to 9,000 per month. One of the three that starts at the launch, will be made Team Leader. We are also recruiting for a team focused on SMEs and one focused on larger Enterprisebusinesses. As such we can take people at various levels of their sales career. The targets will be set based upon what has already been achieved by sales people in Sweden. The UK market is far bigger and has much more potential. He or she that is made TelesalesTeam Leader will also enjoy an override on the team with a budget to recruit. You will also be paid a front-loaded commission which should at least double your basic salary even in the first quarter. On top of that are other incentives. Then the real telesalesstars will progress into six figure incomes.There are clear markets for Telesales Closers to target the companys products. It is a marketing product, explained on the website, and a customer would need to have a budget of at least £1,000 per month to be a prospect. There is an abundance of currentclient testimonials saying how well this system has delivered for them. Any company of 25 employees up, that needs more customers would benefit. You will be focused on sectors that we know have money to spend on marketing and are determined to grow their business.There will be admin and marketing support which will be explained at interview.You will be used to a dynamic sales environment and confident that you can bring in lucrative new business. Exceptional sales skills, leadership qualities, consistency, energy, and a positive attitude is a must. Digital marketing is one of the healthiest, mosttangible, and viable growth sectors. Our client has maintained substantial growth every month since it launched just over 2 years ago. The telesales position will have other benefits in addition to an attractive salary, regular reviews, and generous commission. There are two overseas trips a year, the next one being to Ibiza. There will also be a one-week training in Sweden all expenses paidfor by the company. You therefore should be able and interested to travel abroad. There is also a company pension schemes and ad hoc prizes. You will also be given a laptop and mobile phone. £300 a year towards gym membership, 20 days holiday, 2 yearly trips.Office hours are 9 to 5: 30 and are flexible. You will be paid 100% of the first month of all contracts as commission. Additionally, this applies to rebooking and upsells.This telesales position is aimed at individuals with that entrepreneurial spirit looking to put in hard work in return for hard cash. Your background could be from any sector as long as you are highly driven and hungry to succeed!We are running an open day for suitable candidates on Saturday 23 April Sofitel Gatwick Airport at 11am to 4pm. The CEO is flying in for that day and there is no ability to arrange meetings any other day. You should ideally be prepared to start work immediatelyafter the interview. The day will start with a presentation on the company and an open questions session. Then there will be interviews etc and all applicants will be given the decision on the day.The position is office based and on the interview day we will be assessing according to the following.
