Job Description

Senior Sustainability Consultant - London CTJ29Permanent£50,000 - £55,000This is a brand new and exciting opportunity for a Senior Consultant to become part an Environmental and Sustainability consultancy that has a critical understanding on the built environment. You will become part a skilled and professional team that workacross a range of projects across the UK.The ideal Senior Sustainability Consultant will have experience in:

  • TM52/TM59 (thermal comfort and overheating analysis), TM54 (operational energy performance)
  • Dynamic simulation modelling using IES VE
  • Domestic energy assessments using SAP and PHPP
  • Part L compliance to improve energy efficiency of new and existing buildings
  • Passivhaus
  • Circular economy as well as understanding BREEAM
  • Projects across several different types of domestic and non-domestic buildings such as universities, colleges, schools, hospitals, leisure centres, offices, warehouses, and car parking
