Job Description

Senior Sustainability ConsultantRef:BM110My client is one of the UKs leading sustainability consultancy who work with a diverse range of clients and work across various sectors. My client is looking for a Senior Sustainability Consultant to join their team in LondonRole responsibilities include:

  • Delivery of BREEAM from feasibility work and planning support through to certification
  • Work alongside colleagues whilst taking the lead on BREEAM and sustainability related projects
  • Produce concepts, reports, and present this to clients
  • Deliver sustainable and low-carbon design solutions to meet quality standards and deadlines
  • The role will offer opportunities to work with energy modelling and LCAs as well
Requirements for the role include:
  • Strong experience within a sustainability consultancy role
  • Experience with BREEAM assessments through to certification as well as BREEAM Assessor or AP qualification
  • Experience in applying LCA Methodologies, WELL assessments, Part L and Dynamic Simulation modelling would be desirable
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong knowledge of sustainability related statutory legislation and standards.
  • Full UK driving license
