Our projects range from working with Governments to support Building Regulations and National planning policy relating to climate change, net zero to developingenergy and sustainability strategies to support the design and planning of new development and the resilience of cities.We work across all construction stages, from pre-feasibility, through feasibility, design, construction and operation; and across a wide range of sectors - housing, healthcare, schools, universities, offices, retail, hospitality etc. We also deliver advicerelating to existing portfolios and organisations aiming for net zero carbon.Job Responsibilities:

  • Running environmental assessments of buildings including BREEAM, LEED, SKA, WELL and Home Quality Mark assessments. This can cover both design stage and post construction assessment of buildings.
  • Preparing sustainability strategies to support building design teams and sustainability statements to support planning applications.
  • Running and contributing to a wide range of projects as the workload dictates, including policy development work and research projects
You will need to be from a consultancy or client organisation with the ability to assist in managing and delivering sustainability projects. Minimum Requirements
  • BREEAM and/or LEED experience, WELL experience also useful, but not essential
  • An ability to communicate effectively, be client-facing and able to write concise and clear reports
  • Have a good understanding of and interest in sustainable development issues as they relate to the built environment
  • Work experience within a similar Engineering or Sustainability consultancy o another relevant business
