Senior / Consultant Sport Psychologist (minimum 8 years of experience in high performance settings)Salary:£55,000 - £60,000+ depending on years of experience in high performance settings.Location:Flexible with the capacity to deliver in either London, Midlands, North-West or North-East on a weekly basis.FTE:Minimum 0.6 (i.e. 3 days per week) with a preference for full time statusAbout the CompanyOur client is a highly regarded provider of comprehensive psychological services and they are currently delivering applied psychological services (including clinical psychology and performance psychology) across Professional Sport, Olympic and Paralympicsport and Corporate settings. Their services are designed to enable others to navigate change, maximise performance, enhance wellbeing, and realise theirpotential.The company is committed to developing future generations of applied psychologists and in order to enhance the development experiences of their early career psychologists, they are inviting expressions of interest from highly experienced Sport Psychologists(with a minimum of 5 years of experience in high performance settings) who are interested in developing psychological services across a range of performance settings.Potential candidates will recognise the value of creating more Psychologically Informed Performance Systems and have experience in formulating environments in relation to their psychological needs. We are particularly interested in hearing from individualsthat have worked in either corporate settings OR professional football environments.We are looking for psychologists with all (or most) of the following qualities / experiences:

• HCPC registered as a practitioner psychologist (non-negotiable)
• Minimum 8 years of experience in high performance settings
• High levels of credibility with senior leaders and executives, CEOs, Performance Directors, Heads of Department, Head Coaches) in either corporate or professional sport settings
• Experience of establishing and evaluating psychological services at a systemic level in corporate or performance settings
• Experience and a desire to supervise / develop early career psychologists in performance settings
• Line Management experience
• A strong desire (and experience) of delivering high-quality and innovative psychological services in a range of performance settings.
