TypeScript, Python and Java skills are also highly desirable Recent and frequent experience developing with React. Knowledge of hooks, and experience with a modern state managementsystem such as Redux or Recoil Experience developing charts / data visualisations, especially with use of d3 / VisX and in a financial context Test-oriented mentality using appropriate tools and techniques: TDD / BDD, Jest, Cypress.io, Enzyme / React TestingLibrary Preferred: A solid understanding of financial instruments (securities, derivatives), capital markets, specifically relating to Fixed Income and Asset Management. Experience working closely with front office business clients - e.g. Portfolio Managers,Quants, Traders etc Proficient with industry standard data handling and manipulation libraries, especially Pandas / NumPy Experience with building, running and debugging containerized code, and with FaaS solutions such as AWS Lambda Strong academic recordand a degree with high mathematical and computing content e.g. Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or Physics
