Description:TEKsystems are currently engaging with a high profile Investment Bank are on the search for aSeniorSOC Analyst to work within an exciting new project and to sit within the EMEA SOC Team and report to the SOC Lead. The role with be to ensure effective managementand control of information security, IT and information risk by ensuring all appropriate Security, IT and common sense controls are in place, that these controls are being followed and that this is evidenced across the whole business and IT department. Therole will involve liaising with the other information security functions within the organisation, to ensure a consistent approach to all controls, standards and policies is adopted across the organisation. To develop, implement and manage compliance with appropriateIS and IT Security policies, standards and procedures.Skills:Minimum of 3 yearsexperiencein a SOC Analyst roleStrong Threat Analytics and Incident ResponseexperienceSolid understanding of SIEMspecificallySplunkSOAR / PhantomexperiencepreferredHighly technical skills including Malware Analysis and Packet Capture analysisStrong Security Operations/ Engineeringbackground.Strong ability to analyse and distill complex issues and present succinct updates to management and associated committees.The ability to create clear documentation relating to Operational Processes and Procedures.Employee Value Proposition:The opportunity to work at a high profile Investment Bank which will open the doors to work in other financial institutions.
