They are past start-up class and are continuing their growth, fuelled by an attitude to be tech-driven, helping to prioritise working efficiently in away that positively impacts the business.WHAT WILL YOU GET TO DOYou will be responsible for the following:

  • Architect and implement scalable solutions within Salesforce platform, including customizations, integrations, and enhancements, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive technical solutions, and contribute to the overall Salesforce strategy and roadmap.
  • Analyze complex business processes and challenges, proposing innovative solutions leveraging Salesforce capabilities, while addressing system limitations and ensuring data integrity and security.
  • Stay updated with Salesforce platform updates, industry trends, and emerging technologies, actively participating in knowledge sharing sessions, code reviews, and contributing to the refinement of development processes and standards.
WHAT DO THEY EXPECT FROM YOUThe ideal Senior Salesforce Developer will have the following skillet:
  • Expertise and a deep understanding of Salesforce development, architecure and skews, including its limitations and best practice
  • Maintained technical skills and the ability to use these when required, including hands-on skills with Apex, SFDX, Lightning components
  • Experience building different end-to-end Salesforce integrations
  • Excellent communication skills for liaising with stakeholders
  • Salesforce Platform Developer 1 certification
THE BENEFITS
  • A base salary up to £90,000 DOE
  • Wider package including bonus
  • Remote-first working - head to the London HQ once a month
