Job Description

The IntegraFin Holdings Group (IHP) is looking forfor a Senior Risk Analyst to join our Group Risk Management (GpRM) function. This role will involve not only working to enhance the IHP Group Risk Management Policy and Framework as well as risk managementreporting, but also assisting in the development of the risk management team.With the ever-changing landscape of risk within financial services, at the heart of this role are our values of doing the right thing for customer, advisers, staff, shareholder and the wider community. The GpRM team is responsible for coordinating all riskmanagement activities within the business, from developing, maintaining and enhancing the Group Risk Management Policy and Framework to reporting.The RoleThe Senior Risk Analyst will assist the GpRM Function with managing and developing the processes and strategy of risk management throughout the IHP Group to meet business objectives and regulatory requirements. This will entail driving a business partneringculture with internal stakeholders to enable business functions to take ownership of risk. There will also be some requirement to assist in the training and development of more junior members of the team.Responsibilities include:

  • Assist in the maintenance of effective risk management and reporting
  • Maintain reliable and up-to-date data to support risk monitoring MI and report any risk breaches
  • Assist with the maintenance of risk appetite statements, metrics, trigger points and escalations
  • Co-ordinating and supporting the delivery of risk management reporting requirements to the Audit and Risk Committees and Boards
  • Regular reviews of risk management tooling to ensure the completeness and timeliness of data recorded by the business, as well as proposing developments of the system/tooling as appropriate
  • Manage and facilitate regular risk and control review meetings with risk owners
  • Assist with timely and accurate production of relevant risk related reporting including documentation of key risk exposures with the business risk owners with appropriate support and challenges
  • Assist in maintain and developing the risk governance and risk management policies and procedures in line with relevant regulatory requirements
  • Assist with advising the business on the effects of changes to the regulatory landscape in respect to risk issues
Person SpecificationThe ideal candidate will have comprehensive risk management experience within Financial Services with a good understanding of Risk Management processes and the ability to analyse risks and controls. You should have direct experience of delivering and/orsupporting key risk management processes including facilitating risk and control self assessments. We are a collaborative business and this role requires experience of liaising with a variety of key stakeholders, with strong communication skills both writtenand verbal crucial to success in this role. Previous experience of Board level report writing or prudential reports ie. ICAAP/ICARA or ORSAs would also be beneficial.You should be self motivated to manage risk tasks or initiatives working on both a team and an individual basis. You must have a good eye for detail with a commitment to delivering continuous improvement.
