Team / division overview The Reward team is a central function of the global DWS HR division, and are responsible for supporting the development, implementation and maintenance of the Reward and Compensation strategy for DWS. The team work on multi-faceted strategic and regulatoryactivities across the Compensation and Reward landscape and are required to work in close cooperation with a number of contacts across HR and Service Providers, as well as senior management across all business lines of DWS and colleagues from Risk, Legal andCommunications departments. This is a new role with primary focus of helping to drive forward development of illiquid compensation structures and responsibility for related CTB deliverables as part of a specialist team within DWS Reward. The role will include the design, governance, andmanagement of bespoke reward products, including carried interest (including shadow plans) and co-investment structures and fund-linked deferred compensation plans alongside the more broader reward concepts. The role owner will work closely with a variety of stakeholders on all Reward topics including the COO office for the Investment Division and the Global Head of Alternatives to understand the commercial issues and market pressures facing the business.
