Job Description

Senior Revenue Operations Analyst - Immediate start £60-70K depending on experienceFinTech SaaS platform that have experienced incredible growth to date and now very much in scaleup mode, are looking for a Senior Revenue Operations analyst to support the Finance Director and SMT through the creation of revenue pipeline reporting processes and analysis to increase foresight and ensure continued growth. It is a real opportunity to work with one of the UK’s most exciting fintech’s and make your mark on their operation. This is a business critical hire and they are therefore looking for someone to start immediately where possible.The Role

  • Design and Implement revenue pipeline reporting processes to aid proper forecasting
  • Manage and structure all data from salesforce in order to identify and share key findings with Finance Director and senior leadership team
  • Build a comprehensive weekly revenue pipeline report to be shared with the board
  • Define and measure key metrics including pipeline generation levels, conversion rates, sales cycles etc. to ensure sound decision making
  • Create key dashboards using PowerBI
  • Partner Finance Director in providing clear and transparent revenue planning and forecasting
  • Develop analytics to ensure strategies are data driven and supported
  • Continuously strive to improve and develop reporting tools and processes to maximise efficiencies and automate where possible
    • Skills & Experience
  • Finance/Data Analyst with 3-5 years+ in a similar role
  • Experience within SaaS environment essential
  • Experience with a start-up/scaleup, high growth business desirable
  • Previous experience with Salesforce essential
  • PowerBI experience advantageous
  • Problem solver able to work with scarce resource
  • Strong communicator with the ability to build relationships with other functions across the business
