Main Purpose The individual will be responsible for investment proposal development such as RFP/RFIs and DDQs in relation to Man AHLs strategies, as well as managing operational and investment due diligence on behalf of clients and consultants. The successfulapplicant will be expected to produce high quality and professional materials quickly, efficiently and to a high standard. Based in London, the role will be within the Quantitative Investment Services team, working closely with senior Man AHL client portfoliomanagement and sales personnel across Man Group. Responsibilities Complete RFIs/RFPs and due diligence questionnaires predominately for range of Man AHLs quantitative strategies Work closely with the Head of Quantitative Investment Services and Global Headof Investment Services on team level projects Write bespoke content that supports the promotion of Man AHL strategies both internally and externally Analyse proposal requirements with sales and other appropriate stakeholders, and review provided documentationto identify prospect/client key objectives Create new content for RFP answers/marketing materials alongside client portfolio management and sales teams Build and maintain strong working relationships with senior sales/portfolio managers/key stakeholders Providead hoc and regular reporting to investors where appropriate Assume overall responsibility for projects including planning, organising timelines and project deliverables Key Skills & Experience Bachelors degree, 2:1 or above and relevant industry qualificationswould be advantageous (CFA, CAIA, IMC etc) Over 5 years experience within the industry and a solid understanding of the financial landscape Prior experience of working with quantitative strategies an advantage Strong reasoning ability (i.e., capacity to understandinner workings of investment strategies, explain them simply, and spot inconsistencies/errors in language and data used to represent them) Ability to work with senior members of sales and investment management to support sales priorities Excellent communicationskills, both written and verbal. Proficient in understanding institutional / retail client expectations and requirements Good organisational and time management skills. Ability to prioritise work effectively Ability to work independently within a team to meetdemanding deadlines.
