Job Description Where youll fit in & what our team goals are... Our RFP team is an award winning, well established team with a great depth of experience. We have an additional newly created role in the team for an experienced person to manage and complete RFPs, RFIs, DDQs and other documents across a broad range of asset classes. Responsibilities Where youll fit in & what our team goals are... As part of a high performing team you will manage and complete RFPs, RFIs, DDQs and other documents across a broad range of asset classes, related to the growth of new business and the maintenance of existing business. You will also respond to ad hoc requests, maintain the content database and manage ad hoc team projects. This is a great role where you will have the opportunity to work with a number of different teams and individuals across the firm in the UK and internationally. To be successful in this role you will need to have experience completing documents for an active asset manager, be credible with portfolio managers and be a self-starter. Required Qualifications To be successful in this role you will have... Strong experience in institutional RFP writing for active strategies in the asset management industry with proven RFP compilation, editing, proof reading and analytical skills Logical and pragmatic approach to completing requests and the ability to manage stakeholders effectively whilst building relationships across the firm Understanding of a broad range of asset classes, especially active fixed income Excellent attention to detail whilst working under pressure and to strict deadlines Preferred Qualifications If you also had this, it would be great... Ability to use and maintain content database - Qvidian Preferably threshold competent (i.e. have completed, or studying for, IMC exam or equivalent).
