Senior Property Administrator, Excellent bonuses and enviable portfolio to manage.An excellent Senior Property Administrator has been created for an international prestigious consultancy client basedin London. Our client, a very fast growth business has been featured in numerous newspapers and recognised to be at the forefront of this industry.The company is in a super strong position even throughout the Covid situation.A significant number of properties will be within Zone 1 in top tier locations, properties under management is over 120 with a total value in excess of £1.3billionA truly excellent role for a candidate wishing to join the company on a permanent basis. The role will be a mix of office/site based. Reporting to the Head of PropertyProperties are a mix of commercial and residential but a skew towards high end residential.The Property administrator needs a right hand person to deal with all the admin day to day issues relating to the properties.The role would suit a proactive and capable individual with a passion to deliver to the highest standard. Another trait of being highly organised with a common sense approach would do really well.Experience in the property sector would be advantageous, but not essential. You will maintain the smooth running of all property administration tasks, including troubleshooting and liaising with third parties where necessary.Your duties will include:Answering calls & answering queries• Managing & maintaining emails• Filing of emails & necessary documents• Managing the Property Managers diary• Managing incoming & outgoing post & logging all details• Ensuring safety certificates are up to date & renewal dates are monitored effectively• Managing all utility bills & ensuring these are settled in a timely manner• Maintaining all service charges• Maintaining tenancy renewal agreements & ensuring all are dealt with in a timely manner• Maintaining & updating internal property files & records• Ensuring property insurance documents are requested & kept up to date• Preparing insurance claims• Attending quarterly site visits - with the Property manager• Liaising with landlords & tenants• Chasing landlords for permissions• Obtaining & issuing quotes• Scheduling works to be carried out• Liaising with contractors, interior designers etc• Minute taking• Preparing marketing information & liaising with the Marketing Manager for materialsKey Skills required:
