Job Description

Senior Project Manager - SuccessFactors experienced6 Months - Up to £725/day Outside IR35 - 100% RemoteThe Sr. IT Project Manager is responsible for executing project plans in collaboration with the IT Director to deliver technology capabilities supporting the clients strategic business objectives.The client is going through a global implementation of SuccessFactors and requires a strong, experienced PM to join their team. The PM should have a relevant background having implemented SAP SuccessFactors previously or other ERPs. The implementation iscurrently underway so the successful PM should be able to adapt to mid-implementation and work closely with the HR department identifying their needs moving forward working with HRIS at the same time.Duties and responsibilities

  • Assisting IT Director with preparing high-level executive summaries of project status and performance, utilising the selected reporting tools.
  • Establishing and managing a centralised project risk register in alignment with IT Security, and Governance & Compliance risk registers.
  • Refining, formalising, and codifying full project life cycle management, especially release management.
  • Providing knowledge transfer to internal documentation specialists in project management processes to assist with building internal PMO documentation and knowledge base.
  • Ensure that system design is aligned to enable the process, fields are relevant and will capture the right data, simple workflows and approvals can facilitate the process. Reporting and insights will be relevant and enable decision making.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, coordinate timelines and resource allocations for the implementation of the project.
  • Proactively highlight and identify all cross workstream dependencies and critical path.
  • Plans to incorporate all activities across all workstreams for all modules; client requirements, Vendor System config, data migration, internal deliverables, tracking change and training deliverables aligned to readiness milestones.
  • Support on the inputs for relevant status updates for CPO.
  • Conduit between vendor and client, managing vendors plan and time to ensure alignment to the client.
  • Manage issue log and adjustments on deliverable in line with SOW and cost implications.
Qualifications
  • Technical project management exp. with a focus on systems implementation and data migration life cycle management
  • Proven track record of successful execution and delivery of complex projects on time and within budget
  • Experience liaising with and managing vendor engagements supporting the organization with crucial project deliverables.
  • Experience managing project management staff preferred
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and with a team in a virtual setting
