Job Description

Senior Project Manager - Change Delivery - Public Sector - 6 month contract inside IR35I have an immediate opportunity for a Senior Project Manager with Public Sector background to join an ongoing Digital Transformation programme. Key will be on-going delivery of cost efficiency initiatives, including mergers, redundancies, consolidations, etc.I am therefore keen to speak with candidates who have:

Previous experience working as a Senior Project Manager delivering cost efficiency for Public Sector Clients
Experience of developing and delivering Target Operating Models
Excellent communication and relationship building skills, including the ability to challenge, negotiate and influence decision making
Ability to identify areas of inefficiency and developing strategies to improve cost-effectiveness
Strategic mindset to align cost efficiency initiatives with the overall goals and objectives of the organisation
Professional Qualifications such as PPM, APM, Prince 2, Agile or equivalent experience would be preferred.
