Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a "Head of Transformation" or "Programme Director" to work on a S4HANA implementation for a retail business in London on a 18 Month FTC. The ideal candidate will have end-to-end ERP implementation and supply chain experience.The Workstream Lead is responsible for overseeing specific business areas during the ERP replacement programme. Youll play a crucial role in ensuring that the ERP systems functionality aligns with the business requirements and follows standardized processes.This involves leading and coordinating activities throughout the design, build, and test phases.To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strategic mindset, effective communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Youll have a blend of technical expertise, business knowledge, and leadership skills tonavigate the complexities of the ERP implementation programme.Ideally, you will already be in a senior leadership role equivalent to a Head of and have hands-on experience. This experience will enable you to effectively lead and guide your team throughout the ERP implementation process.Key experience required:

  • Extensive familiarity with existing business processes, their purpose, and their integration with other business functions.
  • Proficient analytical skills to evaluate current processes, identify gaps, and devise ERP-based solutions.
  • Aptitude for data interpretation and the ability to provide insights for process enhancements.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and technical experts.
  • Knowledge of change management principles to guide teams through ERP implementation changes.
  • Experience of both warehousing & distribution and of eCommerce fulfilment is desirable.
  • You will also need to help ensure the right Supply Chain structures and processes are developed during the implementation so that on programme close there is a smooth transition to normal operation with the new platform being used to its full potential
