DESCRIPTIONAmazon Fashion EU is looking for a Senior Product Manager (SPM) to support the Jewelry, Watches and Luggage businesses across all EU countries that is a passionate customer and category advocate within Amazon, who has proven analytical capabilities and project management skills, great attention to detail, and the ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task and a proven record of driving category growth and improve customer experience. The SPM must be an effective leader and communicator in working with some of Amazon EUs most important partners and vendors, as well as with internal colleague and cross-functional leaders. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for retail, a high level of flexibility and commitment, deep curiosity about how things work, a willingness to improve existing workflows and processes, and a passion for creating a world class shopping experience for our customers.Your Responsibilities Include· Responsible for overall Customer Experience (CX) improvements for EU Jewelry, Watches & Luggage.· Own project roadmap for CX improvements; create PR FAQs and BRDs to launch on site features to improve shopping experience.· Own Item Data Quality (IDQ) metrics to improve shopping detail pages; working with central and category team members to drive actions.· Lead part of Customer Service working group for EU Fashion; driving actions to reduce customer contacts, returns and concessions.· Advocate for Jewelry, Watches, and Luggage to central marketing teams to leverage resource to drive traffic, create seasonal marketing campaigns and customer insights.· Work with top brands to create marketing plans and support vendor managers in Annual Vendor Negotiations· Collect and analyse customer data to unlock insights and work with Customer Insights to develop and execute activities to drive customer growth· Own reporting of key marketing metrics to the leadership team and broader organization in monthly business reviews.· Analyse performance and make clear recommendations for business actions· Align with Site Marketing to create and execute a comprehensive multi-channel marketing plan that builds awareness of and drives traffic to the most impactful storefronts, subcategories and events via email, direct, sponsored links, free search/SEO, paid search, affiliates/blogs, display ads, mobile, and social media· Generate bold and innovative ideas for growth; shaping overall category strategy· Know the EU market segment for your category and be obsessively aware of new products, brands, trends, and opportunities· Work with the Vendor Marketing Manager to drive cooperative marketing programs with leading vendors in the industry· Work with the Customer Experience team to improve CX at critical stages of the onsite shopping experience for your category, understanding the potential impact of new functionality or features on CX or the brandThe role reports to the Category Leader for Jewelry, Watches and Luggage business within EU Softlines. It is an Individual Contributor role with multiple senior stakeholders and a high business profile.
