We offer a collaborative and flexible work environment, competitivesalaries, and comprehensive benefits.The Role: Sr. Product Manager, UK & Europe Crypto ServicesWe are seeking a Senior Product Manager for crypto brokerage expansion into UK and then Europe to join our team at TradeStation Crypto. This is a key hire for our growing product team that will work to define and develop crypto services to the internationalcustomer base, as well as partner to support sales and business development activities.The primary focus will be on adapting, evolving, and delivering the crypto services to the UK and EU markets to support the business expansion into this region, across the institutional, fintech and retail customer segments. The candidate will be the experton the local customer requirements, the core capabilities of TradeStation Crypto, and be able to guide the roadmap prioritization to support customer growth. Additionally, he/she will identify, lead and/or support business development and sale opportunitiesalongside the local teams.This role reports to the CEO of TradeStation International and is an ideal opportunity for an individual to take a hands-on approach to drive the international expansion of the TradeStation Crypto product offering. This person will have the unique opportunityto influence TradeStations overall international crypto strategy and help shape the vision of the company as we expand internationally.This role is UK (London) based with some flexibility around office and home working.Education and Experience:

• University level degree required at a minimum
• A higher-level degree (eg. MSc, MBA) would be an advantage
• Direct experience working with institutional, fintech and retail brokerage customers, building and scaling trading platforms and services as well as relevant operational and regulatory constructs
• Experience with established and emerging technologies, cryptocurrencies, and coins

Key Job Functions:

• Analyze international and customer specific segments to determine product, pricing, marketing, support materials and positioning of the crypto offering
• Work with business development and customers to determine which solutions are the best fit for the customer segments
• Engage in proactive development research to continuously identify opportunities for new features and products
• Stay informed on the market landscape, including competitors and potential partners
• Collaborate with operations, designers, and engineers to develop detailed product specifications
• Monitor regulatory changes across international jurisdictions (UK, EU, and others), provide assessments, requirements and roadmaps in alignment with any changes
• Develop a strategy and roadmap for how TradeStation Crypto can adapt its offering to support multiple international jurisdictions and customer segments
• Develop and track international crypto KPIs and provide regular reporting on the crypto service performance, opportunities, and weaknesses
• Drive project readiness around global product launches and beta programs
• Collaboratively work with colleagues across the TradeStation team, including Operations, Technology/Development, Legal, Finance, Compliance, Sales, Client Services and Marketing
• Provide production support for key crypto systems and production incidents
• Lead functional requirements gathering and author comprehensive documentation/presentations to build out commercially viable business cases, for use in audits and regulatory filings and exams
• Capture, analyze and improve business workflows with technology to create a scalable business operation

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Proven understanding of digital assets, electronic trading, retail brokerage, and the institutional and active trader customer segments
• Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and deliver business results
• Strong communication, presentation, and product leadership skills
• Proven track record of analysis and problem-solving skills
• Intellectual curiosity and appetite for continuous learning in the industry and applying these skills to your work
• Ability to think strategically and long term without sacrificing pace and execution over perfection

Minimum Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in product management
• 2+ years working as a Product Manager in crypto at an exchange, brokerage, or other B2C / B2B2C trading service

Desired Qualifications

• Experience working for a Top 25 crypto exchange, platform, or crypto lending service
• Worked on APIs, P2P Payments, rewards programs, and debit cards products
• Demonstrable end-to-end launch (from customer experience to operations) of products in the brokerage, exchange, or trading services
• Experience leading and mentoring product managers
• Experience working at a securities retail broker dealer, exchange, or bank
• Operational workflow mapping, and requirements gathering
