If you think youve got what it takes to work in a fun, fast paced, reactive and rewarding digital health company then they would love to hear from you.The Role:Reporting to the Head of Product Management the Senior Product Manager will add immense value to the service offering in the way of shaping, scoping and driving one of the key digital platform products. The Senior Product Manager will look after the growth and health of the overall platform and will be confident in driving the delivery of the roadmap within an agile environment.Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the entire product life cycle from strategic planning through to deployment
  • Leading and collaborating with Product Owners, UX/UI Design, BA and Development team members, ensuring everyone is clear on goals and deliverables
  • Proactively identifying, prioritising and resolving issues. Understanding risk and managing change when necessary to meet industry regulation and standards
  • Driving data collection and reporting on product KPIs to track progress and manage product performance
  • Engaging with external stakeholders including patients, carers, clinicians and commissioners to shape product features in the right strategic direction
  • Driving market, competitor and user research to support with product roadmap planning
  • Communicating with internal stakeholders including marketing, sales and customer support, translating the larger strategic vision into deliverable roadmap releases
  • Working closely with other product teams, scrum master, developers and designers to deliver the product roadmap within timelines
  • Informing product positioning and promotion in terms of USPs, benefits and value
  • Supporting the companys business development in commercialising the product
  • Analysing and reporting on product KPIs and metrics
  • To be successful in this role you will need excellent communication skills to be able to present product value to internal and external stakeholders as needed. You will also share the companys passion for transformation of healthcare
