Our client a well know household name within the Retail Sector is currently looking to Hire 2 Product Managers.We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team to help define and deliver our technology roadmap and value propositions for internal and external customers across a group of companies.You will be a clear thinker with vision, passion, energy, attention to detail, and a drive to learn and improve yourself and others. Collaborative and agile, clear in communication and honest, you will be a team player capable of working across a Europeanmatrixed business.Title: Senior Product ManagerLocation: London (Paddington) or Southampton / Hybrid WorkingDuration: 6 Months Plus ExtensionDay Rate: Will Consider Inside & Outside WorkingDuties:

• Leading cross-functional product teams to deliver exceptional results: guide, present challenges, trusting and allowing the teams to determine how to deliver what you require
• Driving the long term vision, product roadmap and portfolio for your area in conjunction with Group and Banner Tech colleagues and business leadership, and ensure provision of funding over 3 year rolling horizon
• Collaborate with other Tech and business leaders to achieve strategic alignment and understand dependencies.
• Building and maintaining the prioritised backlogs of work, clarify outcomes and business requirements with business leaders, co-create user stories and clarify acceptance criteria.
• Working closely with Delivery Leads, you will participate in or chair quarterly planning and ensure that builds are aligned with the product roadmap and in-line with the deployment plans across our European businesses.
• Overseeing the end to end delivery of key initiatives to deliver benefits and outcomes that meet business objectives
• Immersing yourself in insights and learning from competitor analysis, external partners, user research and qualitative and quantitative data to inform new ideas and optimisation
• Exploring and championing new ideas, assess project results, drive continuous improvement and celebrate success
• Collaborating and negotiating for resources with colleagues, strategic partners and business as needed. Contributing to the broader culture of the business by evangelising an agile mindset, lean approach and transformation to cross-functional product teams

Experience Required:

• A data-driven and collaborative Product Management practitioner, proven business partner and leader with experience of working in complex global organisations with highly matrixed teams and internal and external stakeholders

Job Duties:

• Extensive, current experience of Supply and logistics processes and technology and operations at pan-European scale.
• Experience of developing own built and / or configuring bought platforms in an agile, MACH environment, taking a lean and iterative approach to delivering value fast.
• Experience of modern design techniques preferred.
• Experience owning the medium to long term vision and development roadmap for products. You have driven products which have a multi-year horizon for realisation of the full vision.
• You are comfortable driving short term clarity and decision making in the context of broader long term vision and roadmap.
• You will know how to measure the success of your portfolios, and continuously iterate to improve it for the benefit of our partners
• Experience with JIRA, MIRO and Confluence would be beneficial, but not essential.
