Job Description

The Senior Process Analyst / Tech BA role focuses on evaluating, designing, and implementing processes in the financial services sector, particularly within the 365 suite.   • Assess existing processes within the technology department, identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Design and implement new procedures to drive efficiency and effectiveness
  • Align process improvements with overall business objectives
  • Work cross-functionally with other departments to ensure cohesion
  • Document all processes and ensure they are communicated effectively across the team
  • Monitor the implementation of new processes, making adjustments as necessary
  • Report on process performance, providing insights and recommendations
  • Keep up to date with industry trends and advancements in process analysis
ProfileA successful Senior Process Analyst / Technical Business Analyst should have:
  • A relevant degree in Business, Finance, IT or related field
  • Proven experience in process analysis, preferably within the financial services sector
  • Strong analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in IT systems relevant to the role: SharePoint Development (Ribbon, SOM, Designer), Power BI, M365, enough to champion and influence usage
  • A proactive mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities and take initiative
