Job Description

Senior PMO Manager - Transformation Office 6 Month Contract HybridOur client is looking for a Senior PMO Manager to join them on a contract basis. You will be working on their Transformation Office with the goal of providing a single point of planning, management, monitoring, oversight and influence across a large portfolio.Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess the current reach and effectiveness of the CDO in surfacing the right set of metrics to give a holistic view of portfolio health, with sufficient insight to make targeted delivery interventions and enable well informed decision making across allrelevant stakeholder groups:
Quickly surface improvement recommendations and lead the implementation and upskilling In relation to this, consider the effectiveness and usage of the PPM tool, Planview, and contribute to the development and implementation of a prioritised backlog of improvements
  • In parallel, provide SME input into the development of the longer term Transformation Office blueprint, working closely with Caroline and other key stakeholders, taking the lead in developing the transition plan from current state to the agreed future state
Experience Required:
  • Experience of designing, setting up and running large scale transformation offices / enterprise PMOsExperience of working across a mixed portfolio of waterfall, hybrid and agile delivery
  • Excellent presentation skills, designing visually engaging reports, dashboards, etc
  • Strong data management skills
  • Effective coaching and mentoring
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication
  • Experience of working with Planview is not essential but would be desirable
