Job Description

Senior Planning Account Director - FMCG clientThe CompanyOur client is one of the largest full service Media Agencies within the UK with an extremely impressive client portfolio covering verticals such as Ecom, Retail, Fashion, Sport, B2B and more. Our client is looking for a Comms Planner to join the team ina brand new Senior Account Director position, where you will be working with a household FMCG brand undergoing brand transformation. The Role
  • Lead the creation of media plans for your clients on key campaigns
  • Taking ownership on developing and managing key client relationships
  • Manage the wider client team and activation teams to ensure campaigns are reaching KPIs and ensuring efficiency
  • Leading best-in-class media planning across online and offline channels
  • Supervising and mentoring junior members within the planning team in their work and directly managing a team of 3
About You
  • Possess a minimum of 4 years experience in a Comms Planning position within an agency environment.
  • Experience working on FMCG clients is desirable
  • Have excellent client facing skills
  • Have experience working on brand campaigns
  • People management experience (Including training & development initiatives)
  • Ability to work well under pressure, autonomously, and efficiently prioritize tasks.
  • Collaborative mindset with the capability to work alongside wider teams within the agency
