Job Description

Senior Planner - Tier 1 ContractorPremises Recruitment are currently working with a Top 20 Main Contractor.The company have a solid reputation as part of an international construction group, and have an enviable forward order book of UK building projects.Current projects range from £50m to £300m+ and include residential new build, mixed use development, hospitals, and university buildings.The RoleSenior Planner - £100m Phase of a major reneration scheme (residential) in Victoria, London SW1.

  • My client have secured a major new build residential project in London.
  • This is Phase 1 of a £350m regneration scheme. Phase 1 will create over 750 new homes.
  • The role will be a hands on planning function, creating the programme and ensuring the programme meets the project objectives spanning design, procurement, construction through to handover.
  • You should have a good knowledge of contract forms and understanding risk.
  • You will be part of a collaborative team, liaising with construction/production colleagues.
  • Flexible working (2 days per week WFH) can be accommodated. The remainder of your time will be split between head office (SE1) and site (SW1).
