Growth and progression are guaranteed in this forward thinking e-commerce marketplace.THE ROLEAs the Senior Performance Marketing Manager, you will be building and developing the paid search and social strategy. More specifically you will have to:

  • Own the marketing strategies across paid search and paid social operating of budgets exceeding £500k a month!
  • Build strategies and set KPIs which roadmap the analysis and reporting structure of performance marketing, reviewing this regularly ensuring stakeholders are provided with the best insights on marketing campaigns
  • Manage campaigns across a 2 sided market place that appeal to both businesses and customers
    • YOUR SKILLS
  • Experience across a variety of large budget campaigns, regularly working with a large variety of different paid search and paid social tools
  • Previously have built strategies from scratch and analysed these in end to end performance reviews
  • Confidently be able to communicate with key stakeholders on insights and reports derived from your campaigns
  • Be proactive and inventive, this company is in a period of rapid growth and is looking for positive, motivated individuals to join their exciting team
