Oracle Data Integration Specialist - Insurance - Claims Data - SQL - PLSQLThe Oracle Data Integration Specialist will be responsible for a) the ingestion of new deal data into our core claim system that is on the Oracle Cloud and b) support any BAU activity on the data e.g. data warehouse activities.You will take a leading role in developing the ingestion packages and solution and therefore must have strong Oracle package development experience and extensive (Re)Insurance domain experience specifically in the claims data domain.You must be able to communicate clearly with internal and external customers to help define the solution and translate technical information to non-technical teams.To succeed in this role, you will be great at understanding key requirements, be able to highlight limitations to a solution if any and create solutions with accuracy and efficiency. You will also be self-reliant and be able to work against tight deadlines.Main Responsibilities* Design, develop, and maintain Oracle ingestion routines using PLSQL Developer or similar IDEs or related tools within defined development standards.* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and design solutions.* Write complex SQL queries and stored procedures.* Stay up to date with the latest Oracle technologies and best practices.Experience & Key Skills Required* Strong knowledge of Oracle database architecture* Strong SQL and PL/SQL programming skills* Advanced understanding of Oracle database interaction and querying.* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills* Experience working in an Agile development environment.* Strong team skills, ensuring clear communication of objectives, performance measurements and progress to team members.* Good Stakeholder Management skills, and the ability to develop and maintain positive relationships across the business.* Strong communication and collaboration skills* Strong Insurance Data Experience
