The traffic and highway engineering team work an a vast range of development projects for Defence,Education, Utilities, residential and commercial clients, helping them to ensure brilliant outcomes for their land portfolio.The Highways Engineer we seek will be able to take these projects from initial design phase through to the delivery of the highways solution, usually an S278. There is the opportunity to build a strong capability within the team across the business. Dueto the nature of the role, the initial hire can be located across a range of locations with this multidisciplinary consultant, so please feel free top pick up the phone to discuss.In a nutshell, your role will involve the design development of traffic engineering projects from feasibility, outline design through to detailed design and implementation. Your role will also be to support senior staff members in bid preparation and todevelop and mentor junior staff.You will prepare technical reports, drawings and be able to present to client/stakeholders, ensuring technical content and deliverables are up to scratch. You will be comfortable in a client facing role and working across internal disciplines to ensure delivery.Your will hold a relevant Civil Engineering qualification and be very familiar with AutoCAD, AutoTrack, KeySign, and KeyLine software.
