Fram Search are working with a fantastic boutique Asset Management firm who are looking to hire an experienced Senior Operations Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for an established operations individual to grow and progress in their career, taking on responsibilities such as the onboarding of clients, oversight of all operational matters, and ensuring regulations are adhered to. Due to the firm being more boutique in nature the role will encompass a wide range of duties.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in a similar position, ideally from an Asset Management or Investment Management background with experience of a wide range of asset management operational experiences. Knowledge of UCITS funds would also be advantageous. Candidates must have an excellent eye for detail, fantastic communication skills and be willing to take on a variety of job responsibilities.
