Working closely with colleaguesacross our markets, you will manage our day-to-day administration and oversee our communications and governance processes.The main aspects of the role are:

  • Establish and organize the operations and administrative systems, standards and best practice procedures;
  • Capturing and documenting existing and new business processes;
  • Leading on the implementation and smooth running of a number of key governance work streams, including meeting scheduling, preparation and distribution of papers, and preparation of minutes and associated action trackers;
  • Planning and administration of a number of governance meetings with both internal and external stakeholders;
  • Creating, maintaining and monitoring detailed project plans, including supporting financial plans;
  • Facilitating the creation, maintenance and monitoring of detailed Risk and Issue logs;
  • Creating and distributing appropriate progress reports;
  • Coordinating and supporting the organisation and planning of events with both internal and external stakeholders;
  • Coordinating HR recruitment and HR processes and procedures including staff training;
  • Coordinating internal communications; Candidate Profile
