Job Description

The Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for all day to day running activities related to brand building across markets. This role is a fundamental position within the business as you will be directly responsible for performance of the brand whenit comes to brand awareness or growth.The role includes overseeing the brand, 4 luxury Skincare Brands and assistance with the development of a new brand with the Founders.This is a fully office based role in London. SENIOR MARKETING MANAGER ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Planning:

  • Managing the marketing calendar and the development and implementation of the marketing strategy in line with company objectives
  • Managing marketing campaigns with sales activities, business developments and market trends
  • Provide weekly and monthly Klaviyo, Instagram and YouTube analytics reports
  • New product and Brand launches
  • Manage in-store marketing programmes, pre and post launch
  • Execute store marketing campaigns, creating and co-ordinating POS collateral, VM ideation and implementation including window concepts
On-line:Collaborate with the Ecom Manager on the following areas:
  • Oversee and manage the continued development and evolution of the brands digital experience
  • Co-ordinate and report on user experience testing, review and adaptation
  • Execute the marketing calendar across all digital channels
  • Web store and content management, maintaining online product catalogue and brand content (visual, copy)
  • Social media: strategy and planning
  • YouTube Analytics and growth
  • SEO knowledge
  • Email marketing campaigns: plan, design, execute, analyse
Database:
  • Maintain and grow CRM database
  • Use data to evaluate/analyse target market and segmentation, and provide insight on marketing and NPD strategies
  • Provide recommendations on how system can be made more efficient
Content and Assets:
  • Overall responsibility for brand management and identity
  • Creating and publishing of all brand marketing material from stills to YouTube videos and printed materials using third parties and in house resource
  • To create sales literature and POS material to support product launches and existing portfolio of products
  • Assisting with the creation of brand guidelines
  • Creating Window displays for in-store and displays for department stores
Growth:
  • Source and manage a PR company (digital and traditional)
  • Brand building, development and implementing positioning
  • Looking for new ways to promote brands and engage with target audience (new apps, platforms, talents etc.
  • Analyse and understand consumer research data that will help shape strategic brand direction and identity
  • Lead brand tone of voice development
  • Lead 360 launches and core campaigns from ideation to execution
  • Manage campaign timelines and budgets
  • Support sales team with opening new distribution channels and working closely with current retailers across key markets (UK/US/AUS)
  • Conduct market and category research to identify white space within consumer demand within wellness category
  • Prepare and execute 360 go-to-market brand launch plans
SKILLS REQUIRED
  • A passion for Beauty and the luxury industry
  • A strong multitasker who has the ability to jump from brand to brand.
  • Creative flare and passionate/proactive attitude
  • Ability to effectively manage a team
  • Proven experience in the creation of content, strategies and platforms.
  • Highly effective communication skills and the ability to couple business goals with customer needs and translate into highly effective digital strategies.
  • Managing and interpreting customer intelligence to enable business improvements.
  • Strategic planning, financial awareness and departmental budget management.
Qualifications/ Role RequirementsThe ideal candidate will possess:
  • Extensive knowledge and passion of the luxury beauty industry
  • A proven track record of working in marketing at management level
  • Experience in promoting brands
  • Experience sourcing suppliers & agencies
  • Experience managing PR companies.
  • SEO and digital experience would be a bonus.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal and ability to build strong working relationships
  • Ability to work effectively to deadlines, thriving on change in a fast-paced start up environment
  • A team player
  • Happy to be in the London office 5 days a week
