Senior Marketing ManagerLondon3 months +£350 +This is a very exciting new opportunity for a Senior Marketing Manager to head up the marketing for a beer brand who has grown 75% this year alone and has huge plans for an even larger scale up next year!They are seeking an experienced marketeer to oversee and implement the key marketingfunctions whilst progressing all projects that are currently underway.The position will be supported closely by the two founders, the Finance Director and theHead of Sales in order to ensure youre up to speed quickly and working in line with theoverarching company objectives. This is an opportunity to be part of a Beer brand who connect music and experience with premium beer!Current Projects Ongoing:- Collaboration between the beer and music venues- Supporting the Managing Director with an upcoming crowdfunding campaign- World Cup prep for their venues and creating an artist collaboration beer to coincidewith the event- Marketing their venues to external gig promotersSelect Responsibilities:- Scheduling and implementation of seasonal and collaboration beers (inc. all designelements of the beer such as naming, label brief to designers and content capture)- Continuation and management of current marketing tools (eg. Can Guy, StudioSession, Spin The Wheel etc)- Commissioning and briefing all marketing collateral/POS, both physical and digital- Signing off and editing all social posts, content and copy- Signing off and editing all mailers to trade and consumers- Signing off and editing all mailers- Monitoring output of owned social channels- Identifying and approving event partnerships and negotiating volume of beer andcoverage in return- Identifying, initiating and undertaking the development of brand partnerships- Ensuring key stakeholders eg. head of sales, head of retail etc are covered regardingmarketing support and marketing collateral- Day-to-day management of marketing team and implementation of outsourcedsupport to complete all marketing activities- Commissioning all photographers and videographers, managing a team offreelancers and ensuring all media is representative of brand and meets all alcoholmarketing regulation requirements- Signing off and editing all marketing reporting- Briefing and managing PR ensuring key press angles are identified and secured inbeer press, music press and national/international press- Developing bespoke activations and POS for customers with their Trade MarketingManager- Commissioning, briefing and developing new merchandise- Overseeing and implementing key changes to the ecommerce website- Copywriting for marketing materials and key external communications- Managing the monthly marketing budget to ensure maximum value for the company- Setting up all online advertising, from budgeting, to targeting, to creative- Negotiating, placing and commissioning all print advertising- Translating the companys ethics into engaging, press-worthy projects eg.International Womens Day, supporting musicians etc- Getting hands on with graphic design, art direction, photography and video editing asrequired- Out-thinking and out-pacing macro breweries marketing teams by bringing newWe Are Aspire Ltd are a Disability Confident Commited employer
